We loved our stay at Rosehill house in Asheville! The 1914 farmhouse is freshly renovated for comfort and yet retains tons of historic charm. We had a family gathering with six guests for a local graduation. Every party had a private room and bathroom and there was plenty of space for all. The place was spotlessly clean and all the bathrooms and the kitchen look brand new as well as stocked with many more amenities than were on the listing. The house boasts historical features from long ago that will fascinate young and old alike, including a genuine spring house outside, which at first looks like an old rickety shack until you realize that it actually houses a natural spring and was used for refrigeration before the time of electricity. Plenty of parking, good wifi connection, electricity access and hot water was not a problem, easy to get in and out. The only con I have is that there is some noise from a busy road. Would book again. A rare find.

Amazing house!!! The entire place was thoughtfully designed and so fun to stay in! Super easy to get to downtown Asheville and close to several grocery stores. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious - perfect for a larger group. Went for my bachelorette trip with 8 other girls and everyone absolutely loved the home. Highly recommend!

Dave’s place was beautiful and perfect for a trip with a group of friends. The description was accurate and there were a ton of nearby places, plus close to downtown. Dave was also very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend this airbnb!

We had a girls trip here this weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and decorated so well - perfect for pictures. The hot tub and proximity to downtown was perfect for us. Would recommend!
