Very responsive hosts and glad they respected our privacy. I asked for a rice cooker 2 weeks prior to our stay and hosts were able to provide one, but it wasn’t brought until I had to ask for it again after we checked in. The house accommodated our big family of 18 and the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. However, the floors clearly hadn’t been mopped because our feet/socks had dirt all over them. Slippers were provided, but the house needs to be mopped. The master room was nice. My SIL who got another room had an older bed on the top floor that sunk in the middle so it was uncomfortable. Bathroom on main floor had a lopsided faucet, but it did work. Oven was dirty so we did not use. The towels were in the washer, and I didn’t even realize until the morning of our last day so I didn’t have a chance to communicate this to the host. I would’ve appreciated there to be dry, clean towels by check in. A pool ball was missing. Overall, responsiveness was great but needs to be more clean.
