Just as described, this place was ideal for two couples staying for 3 nights. The flat had everything we needed and was in a great location, walkable to the main shopping centre and union Street. The flights of stairs weren't an issue at all! Amazing shower.

Its far enough from Union Street shopping not to be noisy with too much traffic, near enough to a lovely park called Duthie and also the river. Near enough to few shops for getting supplies at the beginning of our stay. Great having your own parking space.

Nice place, clean, roomy, and very well located. The kitchen is quite functional and the bed comfortable. A minor detail was that the heating system is hard to understand and control. The overall temperature was ok, but its the distribution between rooms that is not obvious. Not a big problem at all, but maybe it could be better explained for people like me who are not acquainted with this heating system. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and will stay there again next time we are in Aberdeen.
