Welcome to Legacy Bluff at Nolin Lake! Our luxury vacation home is a 2500 square foot home atop a bluff with a view of Nolin Lake. Our home offers large front and back covered deck areas, and spacious room within to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Our modern lake house is perfect for the couple who desire a space for relaxation, as well a group of friends or family wanting to get away, connect and unwind. Great for holiday gatherings!! Legacy Bluff at Nolin Lake is a luxurious retreat perched atop a scenic bluff with a view of Nolin Lake. Our modern lake home offers spacious accommodations for up to 12 guests, making it ideal for couples seeking tranquility, family getaways, and holiday gatherings. Inside Legacy Bluff, you'll find five spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed. The fifth bonus bedroom provides a perfect hang-out space, including a futon for kids and teens. One of the bedrooms features a twin-over-king bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle, maximizing sleeping accommodations for children. Three full bathrooms, including the master bath, ensure convenience for all guests. Our fully stocked chef’s kitchen is designed for culinary enthusiasts, featuring ample counter space, a large kitchen island for food prep and buffet-style serving. The kitchen opens to a spacious back deck entertainment area, complete with comfortable outdoor living space, a dining area, and a gas grill. Coming soon our space will also feature an outdoor fire pit with seating, creating a cozy gathering spot. Experience the quiet serenity of our gated lake community, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise and end it with a relaxing evening beverage, taking in breathtaking sunsets and gazing at the beautiful night sky. We are just 20 minutes away from the city center of Leitchfield, where you can find a variety of local restaurants, coffee houses, ice cream shops, groceries, gas, and entertainment. For outdoor enthusiasts, we are 45 minutes away from Mammoth Cave National Park, with hiking trails and kayak launches even closer. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate being five minutes from Moutardier Marina, offering boat ramp access and boat slip rentals. Off-road adventurers can take advantage of our ample parking space for ATVs and side-by-sides, perfect for exploring the nearby Blue Holler Off-Road Park. Within a 45-minute drive from the house, explore attractions like Mammoth Valley Park, featuring a scenic mountain chair lift, alpine slide, go-carts, and the state’s longest twin zip-line. Fabulous getaway! Just a short drive from mammoth cave and lake nolin and plenty of room for all in the house. Kitchen is amazing and really well stocked with tools and gadgets. Would definitely pick this stay again!
Our stay at Nolin Lake was just the get away our friends and family needed for spring break. The two downstairs bedrooms were perfect to separate the adults from the 5 kinds (7,8,9,10,11 years old). The kids felt like they had their own space upstairs to hang out. The property is amazingly stocked with every amenity you could ask for, especially the kitchen. Simply bring your friends, family, and food and you are all set. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and was very comfortable. Nick and Laura were extremely helpful with local suggestions, very responsive when questions came up, and even went out of their way to provide a few last minute requests. If we are in the area in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
This was by far one of the nicest lake houses I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and more! The lake view from the front porch was incredible! The bedding was fantastic and so comfortable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for any family gathering or friends vacation. 5 STAR experience!
The home is beautiful and is located in a very private, quiet area. The host was very responsive and provided great instructions on finding the property and quickly answered our questions while at the property. We would note that while Lake Nolin is very close the property the area between the lake and the home is heavily treed such that there is no view of the lake from the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property other visitors.
We absolutely loved this cabin! The place was brand new, beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and had so much space. The kitchen was pristine with everything we could imagine to make so many great meals while we were there. The outdoor space was delightful and the view of the sunrise from the bedroom was gorgeous. The cabin was stocked with games and even a National Parks puzzle which we enjoyed and was a nice extra touch. Mammoth Cave is less than an hour away and we enjoyed a day exploring the park. This was a great place to get away for a few days and we highly recommend it!

We are a quiet lake community with front porch lake views and a path to the lake for visitors (Boat docks are private and are off limits to guests). Our lake community is currently under construction, so please excuse us while they continue to add to our beautiful community.
Guests can walk, bike, drive personal golf carts and side-by-sides. Parking is available for 4 vehicles. Trailered boats and permissible, but will reduce parking options.
