The stay was wonderful! We came down for a cheer competition and the girls absolutely loved their stay in what they considered a beautiful and “slay” home. The girls were able to hang out, swim, and play in the game room while the moms could relax on the porch. The space itself was large enough for all ten of us. It was beautiful, well kept, very clean, and modern. I would suggest bringing bath towels as there were only enough for everyone to have one towel (and they are rather small). We highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again!!! (The only downside is even though you are 8 miles from downtown it was a 40 minute drive due to traffic, which we did not expect at all).

Probably the cleanest AirBNB/VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful home and the kids loved the pool table and ‘axe throwing’ game. We were going to a concert at Raymond James Stadium and the location was great. I would have loved to give this house 5 stars but when we arrived it was 83 degrees inside and the pool heater wasn’t turned on per our request, especially since it was an additional charge. So we didn’t get to swim when we got there because it was too cold. She did come by to address the air conditioner and contacted the owners who control it from their device. But then I had to reach out again on day 3 of our 4 day stay because the air cut off again. The pool heater was eventually turned on but then it was too hot and the temperature gauge said it was 100 degrees, maybe the thermostat is out? Was a major bummer for us as the day after the concert we wanted to lounge around and float in the pool.

When we arrived to the house the screens around the screened in pool where hanging down almost into the pool. Messaged Angela and said the problem couldn’t be resolved until the following week which ended up being majority of our stay. This allowed for bugs and little lizards to enter pool area. The house was nice and was fairly clean. Location is decent. Overall we had a good trip until we checked out and started receiving pictures of things that were already damaged when we got there. A scratch in the side of the fridge panel which was do to the improper size fridge for the enclosure which happens when you open fridge door. Also there is a axe throwing toy in the garage which had all marks on the surrounding area from previous guests throwing the plastic axes. Not complaining about the marks but just the fact that we got blamed for it when we didn’t even use it. I guess they don’t inspect the house before someone new rents so my advice would be to take pictures and cover yourself!

Very impressed with beauty, cleanliness, all necessary items furnished to provide a modernized living facility. There 7 of us and we were all very satisfied with the Airbnb!
