Near the house are all the essentials: food shops, pharmacy, dry cleaners, independent coffee houses and cafes.
Chiswick (10 min taxi or bus) and Richmond (15 mins walk and then 15 mins on the overground) are both a short distance away with their lovely river side location.

This large spacious home is conveniently positioned halfway between Heathrow airport (20 mins) and the West End (20 mins). The city of London can be reached in 30 mins.
The house is only 4 mins walk from Acton Main Line station which is on the Elizabeth line which connects directly to all Heathrow terminals/West End and the City (a single journey is approx £8).
There are 7 tube stations in Acton in total, including connections to the Central (North Acton, Ealing Broadway, West Acton, East Acton), District (Ealing Broadway), Piccadilly (Acton Town) and the overground (Acton Central).
There is dedicated parking on the private driveway of the house. The house is in the ULEZ zone, so you may need to pay the daily fee if your cars emissions are not compliant. It is outside of the congestion zone (correct as of Oct 2023).
