The house is situated in a nice cul de sac close to Bath and some beautiful surroundings. private parking makes the place a good option for Bath. the bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable and the space has been used well. The kitchen is big and good for families, however there is a shortage of items in the kitchen to really prepare family meals. I would suggest that the kitchen suits a group of people working in the area who eat bacon and eggs in the morning and pizza at night! one bathroom made getting five females out the door before 10am a challenge. overall though, it was a good stay with a great view of live Rugby on Friday and Saturday!

It was a very pleasent stay at Nicks place. During chirstmas time we wanted to do a small family gathering and this was the perfect place. lot of rooms and it was more than comfortable for 8 people including 2 kids. Place was well mainteined and Nick was super responsive and flexible with checkin and out time. Its placedt a very convenient place so you can easily walk to Bath city centerf you want to while enjoyinghe sorrounding. Now to the bad bits. I was informed the day before evening , I had to pay a seq deposit of almost equalent Airbnb fee. I felt that wasnt much convenient way of communicating this as I wasnt awaref this before and if I didnt want to pay it, there was not much of a choice for me as it was the evening of day before. Also we had some trouble getting basic utensils like, alluminium kitchen foil for the oven, kitchen towels, wasnt enough toilet rolls and stuff. I didnot bother Nick at the checkin as it was late in the Chirstmas eve, and supplied those myself.

Basic as advertised, Everything worked, lots of bedrooms , big kitchen. Nick was very responsive.

I needed somewhere for a last minute stay for work and Nicks place was great. Really clean and tidy and a perfect location. I will be staying here again when I’m back in the area.
