Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master, 1 brand new queen sized bed in the second bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful city view and water view. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit. We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that is 2 stories, has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows. * If this unit is booked, please check out our other units under our profile. * Please message us about yourself and your trip before booking. * Also be sure to have a picture and verification. * If possible, let us know your check in and check out time * Check-in prior to 9pm is complimentary. Great location and very nice water view and walkable distance to Pike market/ Space needle and downtown shopping area. We enjoyed the stay, the only issue is there is no door for the bedroom upstairs. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it very much.

Our family of four had a delightful stay at an AirBnb penthouse in Seattle. One of the standout features was the stunning water views from every room. The location was ideal, with restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away. The city's major attractions were also within walking distance. The penthouse itself was spacious and was as described. A thoughtful addition was a monitor in the workspace. The accommodation was equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. Our 5-day stay in Seattle was made even more enjoyable by this penthouse.
We booked Ashley and Mike's place because of the amazing view in the listing and walkability to popular tourist spots in Seattle. The checking process was also smooth where someone guided us to the apartment from the parking lot. The apartment itself was clean. However, that's the only good part about this place. The listing photos are highly misleading and hide a very old and small apartment. The bedroom on the lower floor actually is a murphy bed which leaves very little room to walk around - we injured our foot near the feet rails of the murphy bed since there was no room to walk. The bathrooms were also very dated, same story with the kitchen too. The living area was quite small to accommodate our family of 4 people. All this would be ok if the price was lower, but that isn't the case here. It just didn't seem like a high end experience.

There are also many shops, cafes, restaurants, bars/clubs, concert halls, nightlife spots to visit within walking distance of your front door.
If coming from the Airport or the King Train station consider taking the Link Rightrail train from the airport to Westlake Station, or taking an uber or lyft ride (~$35) to the apartment. Almost everything in Seattle is within walking distance or accessible by public transportation, so you might not need a rental car.
If you do rent a car or drive to Seattle, street parking in Belltown is free from 8pm-8am, and free on Sundays. There are also many paid parking lots in the vicinity of the apartment. There is also one reserved parking spot with this unit.
