Spacious & comfy beds. Nice view of Marina. Quiet. Convenient location. Responsive host. Flexible for early check in. Furniture throughout apartment very dusty. Pet hair on couches. Walls have stains. Not very clean place overall. Upon check in given paper bracelet that had to be worn in order to enter. Not happy about the ugly purple/paper bracelet since we attended very formal events. Locked gate prior to entering that is opened by a guard that was present 24hrs. Arrived at 4AM from a concert & guard was sleeping. Took a while to be let in to the building. Same night after concert there was absolutely no lighting throughout building. Pitch black. Used cellphone to light our way from the entrance, to the elevator, and through the hallway that led to the place. There was only 1 extra toilet paper in each restroom and a roll that was basically done with in the restroom. Resorted to using napkins. White towels look old and yellow, uncomfortable using them. Apartment needs a deep clean!!

Beautiful place - just as described. It was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the space for our family of 5. The views are beautiful - loved sitting on the balcony and just looking at the ocean horizon. Angie was a great host and very responsive. It is on a major road so there is road noise but that is to be expected for its location. It is right across from the cruise port - so helpful for excursions. We did a VERY early morning excursion one day and it was nice just to cross the street and not have to factor in travel time. In the port, there are some small shops, there is also a flea market behind the shops on the way to the beach. The apartment is also directly next to Walmart which is helpful. It's a bit of a walk to restaurants, but not bad once you get your bearings. Really easy to catch a bus and head down to the Romantic Zone/Malecon area for just 10 pesos a person each way. A great place to stay.
