Our home is located in the heart of Capitol Hill but situated one block off the main drag. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, self check-in, and an in-unit washer and dryer. During your stay, you can also enjoy using the newly renovated kitchen and cozy living room. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, shops, and parks. An ideal base to explore Seattle. Well maintained 1901 Vintage Craftsman Bungalow located on a quiet street in Capital Hill. Light-filled & open this 2BR/ 1 BA 1,160sqft home has recent updates including new paint, deck & extensive landscaping. Features include original hardwoods, high ceilings, large bay windows, & cozy wood-burning fireplace. A+ location- vibrant, progressive neighborhood w/ 96 walk score, 86 bike score & 75 transit score, boutique shops, restaurants, & cultural attractions! The home is quiet despite being one block away from a stripe of bars and resturants. This one level home is situated on a hill, so you'll need to use a few steps to enter the home (as photoed). You'll enter the home into a breezeway which then flows into the dining room. From the dining room you'll walk through the living room then back to the kitchen. The two bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other a queen bed) are located off of the kitchen and the living room. The one full bathroom and in-unit washer dryer is also located just off the kitchen.

Crystal's place is even better than the pictures! It's extremely comfortable and in a great location. The beds are comfortable and the space is welcoming. Can't wait to go back.
Lovely and thoughtfully appointed Airbnb in a very quiet, walkable neighborhood. The kitchen is very well set up/stocked.
Parking is tight in the neighborhood during the semester so be aware if you are renting a car. Space is lovely, very walkable area.
Home away from home! Very clean and well furnished. Neighborhood was very quiet during the week. There was some street noise during the weekend during the night, easily taken care of with ear plugs. We used a combination of public transportation and driving. We only had to use the public parking lot once during the weekend. Bed was on the firm side ( but very comfortable) and the bedding was very nice and soft. We highly recommend and would stay here again.
A great location that was quiet, but close enough to everything that it is a great deal for the price. Great stay overall.

Capitol Hill is Seattle’s most prominent nightlife and entertainment district and the center of the city’s LGBTQ+ community! Considered the most hip and trendy of the Seattle’s young culture, this district is centrally located with easy access to the whole city. Check out the “all are welcome” attitude at some of Pike and Pine St’s classic bars that make our beloved city so wonderful. Bop in the other direction to the infamous Broadway Ave and see what all of the fuss is about.
This location is very central and safe. Close to the bus lines, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and all that Seattle has to offer.

Link Light Rail
The closets light rail location to the home is the Capitol Hill Station. It’s located about .8 miles away, or a 6 minute drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown.
Whenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $35-$65 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 6 minutes to the station from the home in a car and another 40 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too.
Uber & Lyft
The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away and cost an average of $10-20 per ride.
Turo & Car2Go
You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.
Parking
The home DOES NOT come with a designated parking spot. Free street parking is available but is decently hard to find.

Hi, I'm Crystal! In 2016 I took the road trip of a lifetime intending to move from St. Louis to San Fransico. While on a pitstop in Seattle, I stayed in an AirBNB where the host said he just left San Fransico because Seattle was better. After that conversation my road trip ended early. I took his word and ended up renting a 1 bed/1 bath in Seattle. I enjoyed my AirBNB experience so much I listed my personal apartment.
