Conveniently located 1 bedroom upstairs guest suite right off I-90. Near the Lorain Antique market strip. 1 minute drive to Gordon Square arts district. 2 minutes to Edgewater beach. A mile to beautiful Ohio city and about 10 minutes to Downtown. Close to Lakewood for all their restaurants and unique shops. This apartment offers all the standard amenities in an old timey MCM decor to help make you feel right at home. Access through a private back entry via a hassle free electronic lock. This is a freshly updated in-law suite above the Main living quarters. It has lots of light, cozy low ceilings, and a unique layout. I'm unsure of the history but it appears to have been some sort of BNB at one point as it had an old bell system linked to the downstairs. You enter electronically from a private entry all the way in the far back left of the property. Go up the stairs, and the first thing you'll see is the Bathroom which features the original clawfoot tub with an added shower. The shower addition is somewhat cramped and may not be Ideal for someone big or tall, but should suit most people just fine. From there you enter into the kitchenette area which includes everything you'll need if you wanted to cook. Has a small fridge, a K cup coffee bar, and a small oven/stove. To the right is the bedroom entryway built like a small hallway entry. It has no door so in a way its setup like a studio but still feels very separated. There's one queen size bed that can sleep one or a couple, a walk in closet, and built in dresser. To the front is a living room which includes a small workspace desk, a TV monitor with an Amazon box you can sign into if you have your own Amazon/netflix etc, and a bluetooth speaker bar. The small couch also folds out as a futon. This house has an Old shared Boiler heat system which will be set to a comfortable 70/72 degrees. There's an additional space heater for your comfort.
