The Beach Club is adjacent to the Island Club House and has a gorgeous outdoor pool and the Pelican’s Nest restaurant and Osprey Café with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Seabrook Island has one of the longest, widest and expansive beach shorelines in the Carolina Coast with almost 4 miles of pristine sandy beaches to explore. North Beach is a favorite spot for locals to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Pelican Beach, also known as Sunset Beach, is a peaceful and idyllic place for young children to frolic in the gentle waves. The Sands at the Beach Club is where all the fun begins with oceanfront pools and a full-service bar and restaurant. Just imagine yourself sitting on your beach chair, relaxing and enjoying the view of sunrise and sunsets. Guests have access to the Seabrook Island Club Facilities with outdoor swimming pools, fitness center(including fitness pool), golf courses, equestrian center and restaurants. No refund, if you cancel within 30 days or less of your arrival date. If able to re-book your reservation dates, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250.00. For monthly winter rentals: Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
