We stayed at Maria’s house for 2 nights and found it to be incredibly relaxing and comfortable! Maria and Laurie are both very kind and go above and beyond any expectations we had in mind! The place was great, the billiard table was a hit for my partner and sitting on the balcony watching the dogs play was very relaxing for me. Highly recommend staying here, we’ll definitely be back!

Maria was a fantastic host, communicated very well, so friendly and thoughtful. I had a minor surgery and booked Maria's place for a peaceful getaway from housemates and the city for a week, so glad I did. The quiet surroundings and fresh air were exactly what I needed. the balcony overlooks the golf course and being set near the old homestead, there were plenty of easy walking tracks nearby. Maria and her husband were friendly and happy to have a chat without being intrusive. The property is above their main home, so you could hear noise from people living downstairs, however this wasn't a major issue. Beautiful dogs were very friendly too. Good food and great dining specials at Ms Peacocks at the homestead a 5-10 min walk from the property. We'll set up with everything you need. Thanks Maria and Laurie!

Maria’s stay was very comfortable and quiet.. The home was very clean and homely. Everything was supplied for breakfast and a variety of tea and coffee. Plus all cooking utensils. Home was very open in windows and doors which made the warm days bearable plus air conditioning helped. Waking up to the wildlife instead of traffic was so relaxing. I will recommend Maria’s stay and hope to visit again.

Lovely couple who are easy going, very approachable and proactive with requests. It's a modern, comfortable accommodation situated between Ballarat and Melbourne. It was the perfect base for our 2-week holiday in Victoria for our plans. You get the entire upper floor of the residence, with a private entrance and balcony overlooking the 10th hole of the golf course. Large main bedroom with ensuite, walk-in robe, and 2nd balcony. There is a second toilet off the main living area. Relaxing, comfortable modern setting with Netflix, billiard table, BBQ, balconies, views, evaporative cooling, bird life, and walking paths. Note: There are two flights of stairs to access, which can be taxing on bad knees. The kitchen is very small with limited bench space, but manageable. Friendly dogs reside on the property. Car bay is suitable for small vehicle only. Thank you Maria and Laurie for an enjoyable stay.
