The access is not included in the rent (£15 and is non refundable and a receipt for each payment must be given by the Security officer  in cash payment only) The Ocean Spa Plaza is a residential building and not a hotel or holiday flat block, so it is important that all guests respect the following rules: - Do not disturb other residents, do not shout or slam doors. - Do not throw litter or cigarette butts on the balconies. - No open fire barbecues - Do not hang laundry or cloths on or near the balustrade glass. (keep at the back so as not to be conspicuous) - It is strictly forbidden to organise parties in the flat or on the balconies. - Silence after 22:00 - Please note that access to the rooftop pool area is only permitted to persons over the age of 18.
