Returned to Opus Residences after a stay last month. Sad to say this apartment did not live up to past experience. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, as well as a toilet which decided to work every now and again. The curtain in the second bedroom provided little to no privacy to those in the kitchen / living area. The complex itself is fantastic and the location is perfect with easy access to China town and the metro. Derrick was a good communicator and the staff very helpful, just a shame about the apartment standard.

The apartment is clean and nearest monorail station is only 3 mins away. The locations is good but the down side was the bathroom smells so bad and the mattress is soft and sinking. Not sleeping well for 5 days because of the sink mattress and cause a backpain for me. Extra charge for late check out and we have to pay rm5 perbag to store our luggage.

Location itself is beautiful and the flat is just as described, views are amazing from the balcony. It’s a shame the check out procedure and communication from hosts was poor, as stated in the check out guide we messaged a day before to extend our checkout which they tried to charge me for every half an hour rather than hour as stated. On checkout we were told to message 5 minutes prior which I messaged 15 minutes before and was still waiting at reception and nobody turned up meaning we missed 2 grab taxi’s, as we booked through Airbnb the receptionist of the hotel was 0 help either

Despite a delay with check in time, the apartment was beautiful with a gorgeous view. Area is not necessarily walkable to main attractions but not too far either. Would stay again
