It offers a comfortable 7" queen sleeper sofa, and full over full bunkbed, with a twin trundle (sleeps 7). Full kitchen (with all the appliances and necessities you need), laundry, full bath, dining room and living room. Great space with beautiful views inside and outside. Enjoy games with the family or watch a movie after sunset . Hot tub is private to this unit only. This is an open studio with a private deck and private hot tub. It has wood tile floors throughout, full kitchen, bath and laundry room. The Amazing views from the deck look out toward the red rocks to the West and North side of the property. The hot tub is private to this unit only.

Joe is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Also flexible as we needed a little extra time to check out after our morning hike. The home itself is located in an absolutely stunning area. A tranquil morning coffee as the sun rose was one of the best parts of the trip. 5 stars.
Loved staying here! Great little studio with fantastic views. Joe was a great host, even let us know we could check in early since the room was ready. Easy check out as well. Will definitely be coming back.

Quiet residential neighborhood, Walking distance to Uptown (about 2 blocks) where all the local shops and great restaurants are. Just walk down the hill to get to the entrance of Main/Uptown shops (and up the hill to come back for a great leg work out with views!).
Most people drive, but if you bring bikes you can get around too. And again walking distance to Uptown (shops, food, local stores, souvenirs, etc..).
