Basic set up, no wine glasses, check in and out was not made easy for guest. Unit was too warm, drapes were awkward, microwave needs to be replaced, floors were unsightly. I have stayed in many airbnbs in Toronto and internationally, this was my worst experience.

Robert’s place was perfect for my short getaway in Toronto! The place was as described and the provided instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Robert was responsive to any needs I had and was quick to answer my questions. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of amenities. Would gladly stay again!

Ottimo appartamento in una buona posizione. Robert è sempre stato disponibile e reattivo per ogni richiesta che abbiamo avuto. Le indicazioni fornite per accedere alla struttura sono state chiarissime e non hanno causato alcun fraintendimento. Appartamento pulito, moderno e dotato di tutte le comodità. Unica nota negativa è l’utilizzo della piscina che era compreso nella prenotazione ma che non è stato possibile utilizzare per cause ancora non chiare, probabilmente per qualche malfunzionamento del fob che non lasciava accedere alla piscina. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto! Consiglio e tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Toronto.
