Two minutes from the Rivas Urbanizaciones Metro (line 9) and the bus stop 333. 15 minutes from Madrid by car. It parks well and free in the area. Shopping area, banks and medical center in a radius of only 500 meters. BBT or hiking trails 5 minutes. Welcome. Housing consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It has patio and outdoor terrace. It is surrounded by gardens.

No me esperaba tan buen trato y limpieza. ESPECTACULAR. Normal que vuele la reserva sino se hace con bastantes dias de antelación. He tenido mucha suerte!
El alojamiento muy bonito y agradable, muy cómodo y acogedor, con mucha paz y tranquilidad para descansar. Miguel muy amable y pendiente de todo . gracias Miguel , regresaré pronto 😊
100% recomendable. Miguel es un gran anfitrión que se preocupa constantemente de que el huésped se sienta cómodo. No le doy más estrellas porque no puedo.
El hospedaje fue excelente, cuando llegue Miguel me explico todo sobre la habitacion/cocina/baño etc..., incluso habia guias turisticas sobre que hacer en Madrid y mapas sobre la zona. En mi habitacion tenia una silla de oficina, eso fue un gran Plus. Si volviera a Madrid, este lugar estaria entre una de mis opciones sin lugar a dudas.

Quiet area with lots of shops of all kinds. Medical center, municipal pool, Metro station (line 9) and buses next door. Great park with walk. Bike path to move anywhere. Theater and cinema near. Bike routes and hiking through beautiful lagoons (5 minutes). Madrid (15 minutes).
Rivas metro station on line 9, is two minutes walk from the house. In Metro you can go to Madrid and also move around the city. Rivas has 3 Metro stops. The bus stop number 333 is next to the Metro station. With this bus you can easily travel to Madrid. You have 40 kilometers of bike path to move safely through Rivas on your bike or electric scooter.
