This recently renovated space is brand new and awaits its tenants, offering a worry-free living experience, all utilities included. Nestled in tranquillity, this snug yet attractive one-bedroom unit features a spacious living area, compact kitchen, and contemporary bathroom, ensuring utmost comfort and convenience. Ideal for two females or a couple only. The residence features a generous 30 square meter living room, a sizable 24 square meter bedroom, a compact kitchen, and a modest bathroom. It also boasts a spacious backyard a substantial deck for all-year-round entertainment, and a beautiful firepit for BBQs, this unit offers both indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Guests enjoy private access to the unit, ensuring peace and privacy during your stay. Please note that while the unit is attached to our living house, it is suitable for a COUPLE, TWO FEMALES, or university students. We DO NOT accept male-only guests. As we have two little daughters, you may hear some noise in the morning as they prepare for school.
