Jorge’s place was perfect for my family’s (husband, two toddlers and me) trip to Miami Beach. All the amenities of the Fontainebleau hotel in a more private, less party-ish environment. The space and balcony were huge, and it was helpful having a kitchen and laundry in the unit. It was a great value in comparison to the hotel side of the venue. I’d happily stay here again next time we are in miami. Jorge was very responsive; for example, the hotel erroneously had our checkout date a day early and Jorge immediately responded to my note and rectified the situation with the hotel. Also note prior reviews stated the pullout couch was broken, this issue was fixed by the time we arrived. :)

We were so excited to stay at this location. 2 full bathrooms, a king bed and a pull out sofa with a bed. Upon arriving the couch was not folded all the way in. We attempted to push it back into the frame of the couch but could not get it to work. As we left the room, we stopped by the front desk and asked them to help us. They said they would send someone to turn down the bed and supply pillows and bedding. When we got back our bed was pulled out but no bedding and no pillows. I messaged the host and he did not reply either. SO the next morning after we slept on a bed that did not have proper bedding and no pillows, we purchased an air mattress. I continued to inbox the host and finally he replied and said he would have a roll away bed delivered. The last day we were there the entire 8th floor flooded into our unit. Our host did respond after 15minutes, but the amount of water left all of our items so wet. host refuses to help us with replacing our items.
