house everything is okay clean, comfortable, but owner should change the access card since its not functional, its not our job to ask to the guard to open the gate for us since they cannot speak english or malay its very hard to communicate . the payment should be worth it from how we enter the place until we stays there.

We stayed in this apartment in Dec for nearly two weeks. The host, Louis, is incredibly responsive. It was exceptionally easy dealing with him. Despite an unexpected event and change of plans, Louis demonstrated remarkable understanding and graciously allowed my family to check out earlier than the originally designated date. I appreciate his flexibility and understanding. Louis is also very considerate. He arranged for a cleaner to clean the apartment after the first week of our stay, which was a great touch up to have. There is one thing I would like to point out. The parking lot is located on level 7, which was a bit time consuming. But this minor inconvenience did not impact our stay. Overall, our experience was positive and pleasant, particularly due to the host’s super responsiveness.

Place was great, only down side is the double decker mattress is uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was on point. Host was also very kind to assist in all enquiries and also in terms or check-in & check-out.
