Linen is provided for the number of guests booked. Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom: Toilet, basin and shower Second bathroom: Toilet, basin, shower and freestanding bath. We provide bath towels, professional shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper & body wash. Kitchen Facilities: - Entertainers double door fridge/freezer - Bosch Induction Stovetop - Oven - Smeg Microwave - Dishwasher - Toaster - Kettle with multiple temperature settings - Nespresso Coffee Machine - Crockery, glassware & cutlery - Ninja Foodi (14 in 1 cooker) Pressure cook, Air fry, Steam, Grill, Bake, Roast, Slow Cook allowing you to pressure cook then crisp to perfection. - Complimentary Bottle of Wine on arrival - white wine chilling in the fridge Living Rooms: The 2 living room have smart TVs that you can use to access your own Netflix & YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so we ask guests to utilise their own accounts. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available to use for your convenience as well as an iron & ironing board. Washing Powder is provided. Parking: Double Secure Lock Up Garage with internal access. Secure parking is guaranteed for 2 vehicles during your stay. Please do not park in the driveway as this will impede others accessing their private garages. Additional parking is available onsite for other cars near the road on the gravel adjacent to the unit between the street and the front of the property (pending availability) NB: There are very strict no smoking, no drugs and no parties or medium to large sized gatherings. Other things to note: Please be respectful of the neighbours quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Neigbour disturbance compliants are taken very seriously and could result in you forfeighting yout stay. Block out blinds are scheduled to be installed late October, until then eye masks are provided to have a good nights sleep Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages so please adhere to the house rules.
