Second story apartment up a full flight of stairs. Full kitchen. Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One bedroom has a private entrance to one of the two bathrooms. Open deck off of the dining area. Large living room with 54" TV. Side of house yard space. Parking for a maximum of two vehicles on site. No trailers. Near Ponderosa State Park and Davis Beach. One mile to town. There are cameras around the exterior of the house. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

Its a beautiful apartment but it is above hosts house. There are no curtains in main living areas and outside cameras pointing at the windows was a little creepy to us. Quiet time is 10 pm- 6am. I thought I was renting a private house. Ive never had a quiet time before.
Tina’s house was absolutely beautiful and clean. Loved the area, very close to downtown McCall which was perfect for us. The instructions were very clear. Overall, beautiful home and amazing experience.
Tina was great! We enjoyed staying here and will be back. Clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. Can’t recommend enough!

Downtown beaches, resturants, and other services are a short one mile walk, ride, or bike away.
To access Davis Beach you will need to walk out to Davis Ave and then back down Lick Creek Ave. The path behind the fence is private.

My husband and I love to travel and love to host guests. We love to meet new people. My husband has mostly worked as a high school Spanish teacher and I’ve run a daycare and taught preschool which I love but not currently doing right now. We raised 6 kids but have become empty nesters. We are caring for my Mother who lives with us.
