We offer guests a unique, creative and romantic environment to work, play, and gently pass the time. A place for a romantic getaway, wanderlust remote worker-bee, or old friend/family gatherings. When renting, the entire flat is available to you and yours: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living communal spaces (relax room/sun room), our modern stylish kitchen, as well as the laundry/wash room. We are walking distance to the entire business district: delicious restaurants, retail spots, coffee shops, farmer markets, music venues, bookstores, and cocktail bars, etc. When you walk into your home away from home, you'll feel a sense of comfort and relaxation. Historical and modern, this space offers you the best of both worlds. Nevada City's Artists Flat is comfortably and carefully decorated . We hope you will feel at home the minute you walk through the door. There is a fully stocked modern kitchen including coffee, teas, olive oil, vinegars, an array of spices for cooking, and a friendly pantry. Help yourself! The heavenly Yuba River is a 10 minute drive, where you can swim in the majestic pools, trout fish, or gold pan for riches. And plenty of hiking along the trails that overlook the scenic river. Trek through town or jump on the TributeTrail just outside your door.

Teresa and Josh's artist studio was the perfect place to stay and explore Nevada City. Well stocked kitchen and spacious communal area to relax with friends. The main downtown area was very walkable to enjoy restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the live music from TJ's Roadhouse downstairs!
This is our second stay here and we are so glad we found it! We come to Nevada City several times a year and will always try to book this place for our stays going forward, its wonderful! Thank you for another great stay Teresa! Kristin and Archie
Teresa's home is truly beautiful. She made it festive for the holidays. She was easy to get in contact with and was accommodating. My family enjoyed every bit of our stay. We will definitely come back again...
This space is a huge open living area with a great big kitchen. A wall of windows faces north and offers great natural light. For four adults there was plenty of space to hang out and chill. We loved it.
We chose this Airbnb because we wanted to attend the Nevada City Victorian Christmas. We got into the apartment fine and it was amazing. Walked to the events that evening and had a blast. Our car was accidentally towed due to the festivities and our license plate is from Ohio so a lil confusion there but all got fixed within a short period of time. Teresa was amazing and quick with responses, even the owner of TJ's the restaurant downstairs was so helpful. Just the kindest most helpful people, everyone went out of their way to make our anniversary trip a good one and we really appreciate them for it. The apartment was so spacious, you could really have a lot of fun as a family or a couple in this Airbnb. Neighbor noise none, restaurant noise none, street noise as expected since it is off the main street. I grew up in cities so the road noise didn't bother me. We would definitely go back to this Airbnb. Highly recommend and TJ's downstairs has the most delicious food! unexpectedly good.

Welcome to the heart of gold country! Where our beautiful natural wild sits at the foothills of the Sierra Mountains and the heavenly Yuba River flows and feels unlike any other movement of water (truly!). You are steps to town, the park, nearby grocery store, movie theater, hot spots and live music. Great food and fun await you on every corner. Stroll the streets during the holiday season for our famed Victorian Christmas, starting late November thru December on Wed. & Sunday’s.
Downtown Nevada City is just outside the front door! The whole town is walkable. If one would like to visit Grass Valley (town just south) or The Yuba River, it's just a car ride away. One designated parking spot is available on site around back. There is more public parking just across the street on Broad.
