A cosy fully equiped apartment in a quiet neighborhood within 3 a minute walk of the beautiful lake Atitlán, where you can walk, swim or just watch the sunset. La propiedad es grande y se comparte con otros inquilinos. Tienen acceso al parqueo, patio frontal y todo el apartamento. The apartment is self contained, with its own patio and parking, but shares the outer entrance with 3 other homes in the complex.

My wife and I loved the place, very safe and quiet. Everything in the pictures is accurate. We loved the attention to detail and very welcoming. The bed is comfortable and my wife loved the extra pillows, clean room all around. The Host, Nancy was superb, extremely friendly and communicative, an outstanding customer service , A+. Highly recommended.
Luis and Nancy where very nice and reactive when we needed to get in touch. The place was better than we expected, clean and very well equipped. What we really appreciated was all the small details they added (toiletries, spices to cook, tea/coffee/water and others...), we felt like home!
