Darryl’s home in Dover was a beautiful property, with all of the amenities (and more!) you could want. We were visiting the area for a weekend family get together and this home was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, top notch linens and lots of room to spread out and enjoy! The sunroom and upscale deck overlooking the water were favorite spots for morning coffee, afternoon games and evening cocktails. The pool table was an added bonus and great fun! Darryl’s home location is excellent, only a few minutes from both downtown Portsmouth and up & coming downtown Dover. We found great restaurants and shopping and our time went by too fast. This was truly a five star stay from a great, highly responsive host - you’ll love it!

Darryl’s place is a beautiful home on the water right between Portsmouth, Durham and Dover — well situated for access to all three places. His home is clean and well maintained, and the experience was just as advertised. We especially appreciated the comfy reclining chair assortment right in the living room overlooking the water. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked well for two of our guests. Darryl was also highly communicative about our hosting a small gathering in the home with a few people not staying there overnight, and was very reasonable in discussing how to host a small gathering while maintaining the quiet respectability of the community. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to friends visiting the area with a large group!
What a lovely home! Friends in town for our baby shower needed a place and Darryl’s delivered. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a lovely time and will certainly re-book in the future.
