I rented the place for a month for my two employees while they work in the area. They immediately found ants, bugs, and spiders in the house. There were cat urine stains and odor on the rugs. The hot water heater did not work and they had to take cold showers. There was black mold in the place and my employees had to leave after a day 1/2. We showed pictures to Airbnb support and received a refund. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It needs to be fully renovated and cleaned. Not worth the money.

Quiet neighborhood, scenic views of river and mountains. Plenty of outdoor space with porches and decks, great for entertaining. Train tracks nearby but not close enough to wake you up. Huge Oak tree in front yard, oldest tree in Marion. I will definitely book this place again.
