This property is ideally suited for those working nearby or for families/groups who prefer a peaceful residential setting while exploring the vibrant city of Bristol. This lovely fully furnished three bedroom house is situated in south Bristol and has free off street parking with a garden area. Located just 3.8 miles from central Bristol, 7 miles from Bristol Airport and 2 miles from Parsons Street Train Station. There are good public transport links into central Bristol and to Bath. This freshly refurbished house is comfortable and spacious. It is well optimised for both work and leisure. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge form the heart of the house. The living room has a smart TV, book shelf with books and three sofas, the dining room has an extendable table with four chairs and spare fold up chairs in the cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as a washing machine, dryer, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar included. There is a breakfast island with two stools to sit on. Upstairs has three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and desk, Bedroom two has two single beds and bedroom three had a single bed, perfect for five guests. The bathroom has a shower in the bath. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are included. Bed linen and towels are included for all guests. The property has a driveway parking for two vehicles as well as free on street parking, it also enjoys a private garden. Please note the driveway is currently waiting for the dropped curb to be completed, parking outside of the property is free in the meantime. There are a few fold up chairs in the cupboard under the stairs that can be used in the garden.

Lovely house to stay over Christmas, had my family visiting so was very near to where I live. Very comfortable house, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. Received a thoughtful card and gifts on arrival. Would definitely recommend.
