Extraordinaire séjour au Vertendre! L’ambiance est très familiale et conviviale. Il y a plusieurs activités directement sur le site (randonnée, paddle board, baignade, etc). On se sent littéralement en nature dans le Zoobox. Je recommande fortement!

I loved the place. It's right in between camping and an apartment. The Zoobox (their modern "off-grid", sustainable container looking chalet) is simple and the layout is not the best, but it is perfectly functional and doesn't take away from the experience. Lots of kitchenware provided and a small fridge. Gigantic windows are so cool, but there are no curtains, so bring a sleep mask. Main bed is very comfortable. Only drawback was that the edges of the metal bathtub were very sharp in some areas and could have easily cut me fingers if I wasn't careful. I passed on the info at the reception and they said they'll fix it. Trails are well signalled and medium difficulty at max. Both lakes are quite pleasant. It's very quiet and relaxing. If you're like and love being out in nature, but you also love privacy, a comfy bed and hot clean water, it's the right place for you.

Loved the location and view. Overall loved the seclusion and the forest atmosphere. Only issue we had is that after unpacking and finishing our first meal, we realized the unit had no hot water. After calling the main line and a visit from an employee, we were told it wasn’t fixable and we’d have to switch unit. Having a 3 yr old and it being dark outside, this wasn’t the best case scenario. Things happen and we got everything repacked but we wished someone at least reached out to apologize or offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience (free bike rental, credit for future visit, free night) especially having to move our own bags to the new unit by ourselves.

Wonderful place to stay! The location and nature are exquisite, the staff were extremely helpful and responsive and the zoobox was a comfortable and fun place to stay. We would highly recommend!
