1) deposit lambat refund 5-7hari waktu bekerja.. saya tak pernah jumpe deposit yang lambat macam ni 2) dia nak tolak deposit saya sebab dia cakap remote tv hilang😂 saya cakap baik saya curi tv dia bukan remote tv dia.. tak berbaloi.. tolak rm50 untuk remote tv.. saya hanya berdua bukan ada anak kecil yang remote boleh hilang macam tu.. saya dah double check beg kalau saya terambil.. tapi tak ada.. 100% saya jamin saya tak ambil.. sebab sy check in pukul 12 malam, check out 12 tengahari.. memang masa hanya untuk tidur.. tq

I am leaving a bad review exceptionally due to the state of the room. It was really dirty, there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The toilets were not clean. The towels and sheets were stained. There was hair and dust in the corners. The windows had finger prints on them. The window wasn’t shut completely due to a screw, letting air and noise in.

Room smelled like diarrhea poop ... thank god i stayed just one day. Check in process was terrible. No information check in counter was done inside mini mart. Chinese big body receptionist was very rude. Procedure is not convenient for early check out as i have to provide credit card for authorization. Procedure and receptionist was not accomodating to simple customer request. Really felt like i entered 1970 backward uncivilized era where simple request for deposit can be accomodated and was very rude customer. Chinese lady receptionist refuse to help me check in but was more than willing to help other customer that came after me to check in. I was a solo traveller and unable to park my car anywhere in the vicinity. The receptionist was so inconsiderate and insensitive. I hate dealing with ur service. Never returning ever.
