The apartment is huge, with plenty of space and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. When we entered, the apartment was exactly as described, although there were some cleanliness issues such as fingerprints on the large mirror in the hallway and dust on some furniture pieces. My wife and I were traveling with a baby and two grandmothers for 4 nights. Everything was fine the first night, but from the second day, the building had a gas problem, affecting heating and hot water—it was not available. Unfortunately, due to the baby, we couldn't stay longer in the apartment. However, Rusam was understanding and we quickly agreed on a refund, even for the second night, although we stayed for two nights. Despite this unfortunate incident, the apartment is very beautiful, spacious, comfortable, centrally located, and ideal for visiting Vienna.

Moreover, there is a direct train from the airport of Vienna to Wien Praterstern (the closest train station to the apartment). From there (Wien Praterstern) you will only need 5 min using the subway and 5 min by foot to reach the apartment. And here you are!
There also is another option to reach the apartment from the airport: use the bus that takes you to Morzinplatz and from there take a tram no.1 that takes you to Börse station. From there you will only need 3-4 min by foot to reach the apartment.

- HOFER – 10 minutes walk
