This acre of gardens has been lovingly tended for decades and offers such a tranquil vibe. We are 3 min from Lepps Farm Market and 10 min from both historic downtown Abbotsford and Mission. Both provide amazing local food, shopping and breweries. The Matsqui trail is near by as well as lots of trails on and around Sumas Mtn. The cottage suite is located 10 minutes from both downtown Abbotsford and Mission. Our rural 1 acre setting has quite an idyllic homey feeling while also being very convenient to what you need in the city. The property is surrounded by a gorgeous garden. We are a few minutes drive or a quick bike ride away from the Fraser River and you can enjoy walking on a part of the Trans-Canada trails. we also have multiple local trails that will take you up to some gorgeous Fraser Valley view points. The homestead was started by a family who wanted to run a dairy farm in 1911. The original part of the barn is where our suite is located (redone with all the modern amenities required). We have a full kitchen so you are able to prepare food at your leisure. There is a laundry area and towels are provided for your convenience. You will have your own space, on a shared property: our family lives and works here, and our house is close by, just across the courtyard from the barn. Free parking is available.
