Various commercial activities are located in the residence including bar, pizzeria and delicatessen. The shopping pedonal street, via Sestri, is only 3 minutes by walk. The historic center of Genoa is only 8 km away Railway station: 350 m Bus stop: 50 m C. Colombo Airport: 1.8 Km Ferry boarding:6.2km The peculiarity of Vanessa's house is that it is located in a very central position, convenient to shops and means of transport, but at the same time offers the possibility of enjoying tranquility as part of the apartment overlooks an internal pedestrian courtyard. The apartment has free private parking in the property's garage (a rare feature in Genoa). The terrace, equipped with a dining table, allows you to enjoy meals in the open air. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea, biscuits, croissants, biscuits, jam, etc.). “Casa Vanessa” è dove il cuore può sorridere senza timidezza.”… .. premurosa disponibilità della proprietà .. .. il garage offre un sicuro parcheggio al proprio veicolo questo è importantissimo in una città dove non si trovano parcheggi sulla via pubblica .. ..la casa è rifornita di ogni cosa, in cucina macchina del caffè , brioche e biscotti ..il bagno che non è piccolo ha una comoda doccia ed il letto è comodissimo per un riposo di massimo relax in una location tranquilla e silenziosa .. ho trovato una rigorosa pulizia in tutta la casa e lenzuola igienicamente pulite e profumate .. Ho apprezzato Il terrazzino con tavola e sedie dove ho gustato un buon piatto di pasta al pesto e ho bevuto del vino ligure sciachetrà ….. agli amici di Roma ho consigliato questa location .. il costo giustifica la qualità della casa offerta … Un difetto : il cuscino per me era un po’ rigido … Tornerò nella quiete di questa location ..gustando in compagnia un buon caffè in terrazzino 😉

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei unserem Preis sehr gut. 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager finden in den Zimmern gut Platz. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt und bei schlechtem Wetter könnten die gemeinsamen Räume (Wohnzimmer/Eingangsbereich) etwas eng sein. Für uns war es jedoch perfekt! Wir waren in 15 Minuten an unserem Hafen, haben uns sehr sicher und wohlgefühlt und Vanessa ist eine wirklich grossartige Gastgeberin! Vielen Dank!

The district of Sestri is famous for Sestri Street (the pedestrian shopping street, about 700 m long), full of shops, bars, gastronomy and restaurants.
A short distance from the apartment there is the Marina Genova, place where you can take a relaxing walk while admiring the yachts moored. The area is full of restaurants, pizzerias and bars.
Near my house, you can visit the neighborhood of Pegli (also reachable on foot through an ancient Roman road), picturesque Ligurian neighborhood where there is the beautiful Villa Pallavicini
