I spent a wonderful 3 months living in this apartment and it was truly a highlight of my Nairobi experience. I’m not sure how Tapu does it, but all the people who stay here are really cool and interesting and from all over the world. It’s mostly long term guests which makes it more like having a bunch of international roommates. I’m a digital nomad and spent most of my time working in the apartment. It has a great vibe for working and functional internet. It’s Kenya, so there will be some occasional power outages, but nothing bad. I’d recommend getting a local SIM card with data for back up. The apartment itself is always super clean and very nicely decorated. There’s a great organization system in the kitchen, so your stuff won’t get mixed up with someone else’s. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Tapu is an excellent host and will solve any problem that arises. Ask her to take you hiking! This is probably one of the best airbnbs in Nairobi. If you get the chance, stay here!

I really enjoyed staying in this flat! Communication was great and I had never any issues with the room or apartment. Privacy was respected. I liked the location of Kileleshwa, there is a supermarket around and it’s safe to walk by foot. There were even biking possibilities in this area. Happy that I could stay in this place.

I spent almost 3 months in Tapu’s flat and it was amazing! The apartment has everything you need, is clean and very well located. I was really happy with my spacious bedroom and the en-suite bathroom. Tapu is a great host and always happy to answer questions or give recommendations for places to explore. I really loved the atmosphere at the flat - with Tapu and other flatmates, we went hiking on the weekends, had dinner together or watched movies. It really felt like home and I was sad to leave. I would come again any time and would recommend it to anyone staying in Nairobi for a couple of months! :-)

I had an amazing stay at Tapu's for almost three months. The space is well situated in town and has everything you need. All the amenities were as described. It's very homey and well maintained. Tapu's a great host as well and she made my stay top tier. I'll definitely return here anytime I'm in Nairobi!
