The village is a 5 minute walk from the condo. The private fishing pier and beach are both just a short walk from the condo. (the BEST fishing space on the island). We have caught so many fish and have so much fun watching the kids fish the day away. The private beach you are almost guaranteed to see manatee and dolphins daily. The sunsets here are priceless. Grab a glass of wine and take a seat as you enjoy the nightly show. Don’t forget to look for the green flash! Please note you may NOT set up your chairs on the sand you must set up chairs on the pier. We are allowed on "wet sand" and in the water.

We walk or bike everywhere. Once we get to the condo our cars rarely move. Instacart delivers groceries to the door. The village is a short walk away. The private beach and pier are a short walk and you can also walk to the public beach (access 2) to be a part of the nightly flag ceremonies at sunset pier. If you wanted a full day in the sand with your umbrellas we suggest walking to access 2.
