I loved my stay at Punam Ji's place. She's a wonderful lady and she's done a fantastic job at maintaining her place as well. It's exactly like the pictures, even better. I personally loved how welcoming she is. It truly felt like I was at home. Thank you Punam aunty again for such a wonderful stay. Will visit soon again! ☺️

My stay at Punam's Airbnb was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had in a long time. The property is aesthetically soothing and pleasing to the eye & mind. It's neat and tidy & well maintained by her & her sweet hired help Archana. I was informed by Punam before I arrived that she had been called away on an urgent matter & will not be there on my arrival, but Archana will take care of everything for me. Everything happened smoothly on my arrival but as I was settling in, I realised that the AC in my room was not cooling. I called Punam & informed her. Punam immediately made arrangements for technicians to repair the AC the same day & it was sorted. I so appreciate Punam's prompt action in making things right for my stay. A few days later she came back & we got along so well with each other. She is kind & considerate & a friendly person who will make you feel at home. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to meet her & I'm sure I will visit her again when in Pune.

Punam Ma'am was an extremely warm and loving host. The place was beautiful and clean - just right to make us feel at home. The host was always responsive. The place is easily accessible and is surrounded by good restaurants, clubs, malls. We had a memorable stay. I will definitely come back here whenever in town.

The stay at Punam’s place was so warm. Everything was in order and specifically with Punam around it felt like home. She has a beautiful and warm personality and the house is so beautifully decorated. Everything was in order as per the pictures and I had such a relaxed stay. Looking forward to go back soon.
