The apartments are located in a beautiful building of three floors with separate entrances. The large staircases lead to the two separate apartments, both with rooms overlooking the field and with living rooms overlooking the canal. Suggestive passage of gondolas that can be seen from the large windows. The building does not have an elevator. San Marco Terrace and Canal View: Large and elegant apartment recently renovated located on the third floor. The accommodation is elegantly furnished and is accessed by a refined wooden staircase with gold inserts typical of the century of construction. This apartment includes three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath; an independent kitchen; a bedroom with wardrobe, TV, and a large and comfortable queen size bed; a second bedroom with queen size bed, sofa, wardrobe, and TV. The living room overlooks the canal and is furnished with a sofa, table, and television. From here you can then access the altana (typical Venetian terrace built on the roof) from which you can enjoy a fascinating view of the city and where you can spend evenings by candlelight sipping good wine. There are two sofa beds in the apartment. Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free Wifi, air conditioning, heating, TV, and a hairdryer. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. Departamento muy grande! Espacios amplios Bien iluminados Vistas increíbles a un campo, a canales.. una terraza linda con una vista genial Camas cómodas Departamento limpio y ordenado Súper céntrico a escasos minutos de lo más lindo de Venecia Solo tener en cuenta que es último piso y hay que subir muchas escaleras pero vale la pena al llegar Sin duda me encantó y volvería
La casa aveva dei pregi, il primo di essere in una zona tranquilla e il secondo che in 5 minuti si raggiungevano le località di interesse turistico. Purtroppo però la cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno è il poco contatto umano con l’host perché c’è il check-in con tastierino elettronico inoltre con una giornata di pioggia e 4 bambini mi sarei aspettato una maggiore flessibilità nell’orario di entrata, eravamo sotto casa alle 14 e non è uscito nessuno ma il codice è arrivato alle 15,00. Consigli per l’host aggiungere una macchina del caffè!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar, absolut zentral und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, den Code für die Türen haben wir erst kurz vor offiziellem Check In erhalten, aber alles hat funktioniert. Die Wohnung mit den drei Bädern passt sehr gut, wenn man mit Paaren verreist. Insgesamt könnte man die Wohnung etwas aufhübschen und wohnlicher gestalten und hier und da Bedarf es einer kleinen Renovierung. Der Weg zur Terrasse ist speziell, aber einmal oben nochmal ein Gewinn und eine tolle Aussicht. Leider war die Küche, wie schon bei den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, nicht so toll ausgestattet. Wir hätten gerne dort gefrühstückt, aber es gab keine Utensilien um überhaupt Kaffee zu machen. Auch Abends ein Glas Wein war nur in normalen Gläsern möglich. Das wirkte alles etwas lieblos und nicht sehr willkommen. Aber ich muss nochmal die Lage erwähnen, die, und wir waren zum Karneval dort, einfach super war. Daher weiterzuempfehlen.

Localización ideal. Cerca del puente Rialto y la Plaza de San Marcos (5 minutos). Restaurantes y servicios inmediatos y no tan caros. Espacio estiloso, muy cómodo y con vistas preciosas (canal, plaza Santa Marina). Cerca de todo lo importante de Venecia. Tiene todas las prestaciones. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
