This comfortable and cozy retreat accommodates up to 10 guests. ꕥ The space description : 3 Rooms and 1 Apartment, as follows: 1. The Charming Room - The largest room in the house is adorned with a King Size bed and features a charming terracotta stove. It shares a common bathroom with the Sunny Room, complete with a luxurious golden bathtub, conveniently situated in the shared hallway. 2. The Sunny Room: it is furnished with a Queen Size bed and decorated with many aristocratic Saxon elements. It shares a common bathroom with the Charming Room, complete with a luxurious golden bathtub, conveniently situated in the shared hallway. ***The Front Room and the Sunny Room share the same Bathroom (Bathtub) and have the same Entrance. 3. The Barn Room: it is furnished with a Queen Size bed and features a charming terracotta stove. It has a private entrance with access to a Bathroom (Walk In shower) situated in a hall. 4. The Apartment: can host up to 4 people (ideal for a family with children) and is composed of a bedroom with a Queen Size bed, a living room with an extendable sofa, TV, and a private bathroom. The Apartment has a private Entrance and features a charming terracotta stove. *** Each bedroom, as well as the apartment, is designed with central heating as well as terracotta stoves, and a tea/coffee maker. ꕥ Kitchen/Living Room Area – an open space (The Barn) The Kitchen and Dinning Area / Relaxation space are in the place where the stables and barn of the house once were. They are part of the construction as a whole, being located in the central part of the house. This space is shared by all the occupants of the location. In the Barn, guests have access to all the facilities and equipment for preparing meals, hosting workshops, or simply relaxing. The open-space kitchen is fully furnished with heated floors, a refrigerator, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, water filter mug, and complete crockery and cutlery. It's a space where guests can come together to prepare their favorite dishes and share culinary experiences. The Barn's common dining area is thoughtfully designed to foster a communal and friendly dining experience. The spacious solid wood table for 10 is strategically placed to encourage interaction and lively conversations among guests, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere The Barn also serves as a relaxation space, offering tourists a comfortable place to retreat and relax.
