The location was excellent for the areas I needed to reach, and a 5 minute walk to the Rayner's Lane tube station for easy access (about 45 min) into central London. There's a small Sainsbury's around the corner and a Tesco express withing walking distance, as well as a number of fruit/veg stands, Indian food markets, and a Costa Coffee near the tube station. It's not a luxe place (the bathroom is quite small), but there was good heat and hot water. It's in a building where there are other rooms/apartments, so you do hear morning/evening noise, but not excessively. The room is also right next to the kitchen, so you'll hear and smell food prep. It's exceedingly clean. The manager, Farhaan, was a good communicator and very responsive to questions.
