Owner lies! We are not typically complainers, it really takes a lot but this experience has proven worthy. Booked this home for a week for a total of 4 families. All of us are clean and responsible people. Upon arrival to the home, we immediately noticed a strong odor of marijuana. There is a kitchen drawer mostly removed and the rest in pieces, the door in the master bath was broken and scuffed, and various other sign of wear. Our children then began finding champagne corks and cigar butts in the lawn and all over the patio. There was a mountain of garbage bags in the trash area. One of the mattresses in the loft had massive stains that smelled and looked like urine, and the duvet in the kids room also had a large coffee stain. We had to restock soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Broken dining room chair and corn left in oven. We were noisy the first night but neighbors filmed us even after observed quiet hours. Since departing we have been harassed for damages we didn’t make.

The pictures don’t do the outside area justice as the outside is amazing and, if you like enjoying a pool/outdoor grilling area, this place is ideal. Heated pool is especially nice when it isn’t extremely hot out and the swim up bar is fun. Amenities were nice (Beer on tap is a unique touch). Bedding sheets were limited for secondary beds (blow up mattress, etc), so if you have full capacity you might considering bringing some sheets. Would definitely come back here. We had 11 people total and place is very spacious as there was plenty of room for more.

Such a nice, beautiful place. Our stay was very short, but we could definitely see why people could stay here for weeks. Travis, was great at communicating and helping us out if we needed it. Will be back soon!

If you’ve been looking for the PERFECT place to do a family trip like we did, a bachelor party, or just a fun trip with friends to soak up the sun, stop looking and book THIS place!! Once you open the front door, you’re inside an amazing and spacious 5 bedroom house that had everything we needed to have a fabulous stay away from home! The master suite was big and beautiful with a shower I could have stayed in for hours, and the other 4 bedrooms all had comfy beds so everyone had their own space to spread out! Our kids LOVED the game room upstairs and didn’t want to leave! Stepping out back, the choice of the refreshing pool, hot tub, gazebo, golf, or just relaxing in one of the many chairs in the big backyard, made each day full of options! In the kitchen and bar area, it was great having cooking/drinks to start with and we left some behind for the next guests! Travis quickly and politely responded to everything I asked! 5 stars for SURE!!

The house and yard are beautiful! ! We were a family of 15 and never once felt crowded. Except for a couple short excursions we pretty much stayed at the house enjoying the amazing back yard. I would say the pictures are true to the property but do not show the experience you will have staying here. It was 10 out of 10. Travis was a great host and answered all my questions ahead of time. There are plenty of close amenities to this property including a nice Safeway that will have everything you need. We had 5 kiddos ranging from age 2 1/2 to 9 and it was the perfect place. The pool is a nice distance from the house which was great and plenty of areas for relaxing down time with a movie. The putting greens were a hit as well. We all agreed we fell in love with Chandler and this air BnB and want to make this an annual family vacation. I highly recommend this property.
