A very comfortable and clean unit. Loved being so close to Turtle Beach! If you’re planning on cooking, bring plenty of kitchen supplies. Otherwise we had everything we needed and had a great stay!

Very easy booking. House was nearly identical to the pictures and description. Mary was extremely responsive and helpful. Ver quiet and private. Walking distance to three restaurants. Two casual, and one high end. Walking distance to Turtle beach. Greate pool. Condo was well appointed with standard personal items. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen had everything needed for standard cooking, etc. Provided kayaks, etc. I definitely recommend.

We loved staying in Mary's place and would come back again. The location is calm, peaceful, lovely, beautiful. The apt is comfortable, the beds are very comfortable as is the living room furniture, the deck furniture. Nice swimming pool. We loved that there are so few units, never felt crowed and it was very quiet. We didn't use the kitchen appliances or washer and dryer. The shower has fantastic water pressure!. We loved walking Turtle Beach during the day and going back to watch the sunset. We did not rent a car so the local free trolley made it easy to get to Siesta Village and Siesta beach as well as other local shopping area. Thank yo uMary for a wonderful stay!

This property is a gem. Squeaky clean. Beautiful view. Nice pool and walk to quiet pristine beach. Number of restaurants within walking distance. Also easy walk to Siesta Key shuttle if you want to go to the other side of the island. Would stay here again!!
