Jane is very friendly and nice. I came to her house so late and my phone lost connection and could not inform her, she waited for me even though she needs to work early next day, and she spent time helping me to find the activities that I am interested for the next day step by step.

Jane is a very warm, welcoming person, and it was a pleasure to stay at her place. She provided lots of tips and guidance about hikes to go on around Te Anau (and for things to do in New Zealand, in general).
