Newly refurbished big double bedroom in my project house that I continue to renovate. You will be staying in the perfect environment that will allow you to rest and recharge from wherever you might come from. The guest room can be locked and you will have access to private shower room and toilet. There will be complimentary coffee and tea available too. I am slowly renovating my 1950s property and you’ll find that some areas of the house still retain the original features. The shower room and toilet you will be using haven’t got the fresh look yet, but rest assured they are very clean.

Absolutely lovely host, & great communication. Home is clean, tidy and well prepared for guests. Really happy to find good power sockets and smart switches. Only reason I couldn't give the full 5 stars was due to the mattress. It's quite thin, and I'm 80kgs, and could feel the bed base against my hips. imagine it's absolutely fine for lighter folks.

Local busses can take you around the city and also to Hatfield and St Albans.
Easy parking on the street with no restrictions and busses just around the corner.

I enjoy spending time with people but also on my own when I need to recharge. I love creating, so very often I'll be starting a project involving either a paintbrush a drill or my laptop. I don't sit down for very long, I believe that there are many places to explore, things to do and people to see.
