Located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops, this turn of the century home was originally built as a workmen cottages for those who built the neighbouring Distillery District. This is the perfect place for couples, friends and families who want to enjoy Toronto’s best restaurants, attractions, bars and shopping, from the comfort and privacy of a newly renovated historic house. The house was cute and a very good price. Great location too. I did have one complaint, which I would prefer to address with the host directly so it can be fixed, rather than post here in case it's a one-off

The place was exactly as advertised and most importantly it was clean! Would stay again.
Stephen and Sam are very nice people and we enjoyed staying at their place. It is in walking distance to many touristic attractions and have access to public transport. The house was very clean.
We loved our stay here. It was very well located. Easy to find, parking very nearby and lots of walkable restaurants and things to do. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a nice list of local suggestions. We would happily come back. Thanks!

We are a 10/10 for walkability. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.We are within a 5 minute walk to the Distillery and a 10 minute walk to the St. Lawrence Market. The King streetcar has a stop within 3 minutes from the front door.
Walking: Getting around by foot is the quickest and easiest. From Union Station, the house is a pleasant 20-minute walk along the Esplanade.
Streetcar: The King streetcars (503 and 504) bring you right to the house's doorstep. With the streetcar, you can easily get to anywhere Downtown Toronto. Board either the 503 or 504 King Streetcar, and exit at the Ontario Street stop. Then, walk east on King Street , turn left on Berkeley, and walk 20 meters to the house.

2. 348 King East (190m away): CAD$22 6am-6am Mon-Fri; CAD$10 6am-6am Sat-Sun

Hi there, I'm Stephen — I'm originally from Montreal and moved to Toronto with my wife Sam right before Covid hit. I like to spend my time outdoors running, playing golf, and with our two young kiddos (make that three, counting our golden doodle, Cubs). Can't wait to meet you!
