Our modern summerhouse in Rødvig Stevns, Denmark, is designed to accommodate up to 10 people, providing an idyllic retreat for families seeking a seaside getaway. Nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Rødvig Stevns, this charming vacation home is only a 4 minute walk from the beach. With an outdoor shower and garden it is perfect for families with children ! Surrounded by nature and delicious food places as well. There are three private bedrooms with 2 beds in each. There are also 2 beds in an alcove near the living room which is tucked away next to a window so you still have privacy ! The last sleeping area is the loft which is accessed via a ladder. It is fund and suitable for kids !

Absolutely charming beach getaway! We had the most delightful stay at this modern, yet truly cozy summer house just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Rodvig beach and harbour. Check-in went smoothly with the key box system. We felt warm and right at home from the moment of arrival. The decor exuded bright and beachy vibes, while offering all the modern comforts one could possibly need or desire. My youngest sister LOVED the loft (great touch for kids)! – and the garden is super spacious and beautifully kept, with lovely views of the surrounding neighborhood. Being so close to the beach meant we could enjoy invigorating walks and sunsets by the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a better house or location for our getaway – even during this early springtime. Can only imagine how absolutely wonderful it must also be in the summer! Hopefully, we'll be back! :) Our stay was perfect, thanks to both Marina and Nicolai !!
We were 5 friends staying for a weekend. Clean and roomy summerhouse, with everything you need for a quick get-away. No problem keeping it warm in early March. My highest recommendations.
The Pros: Marina's place is beautiful - extremely clean, peaceful, very "Scandi." It's well situated for a rural area - near Stevns Klint, grocery store, and Store Heddinge. Once we resolved our initial issue, everything went more smoothly. The Cons: Marina lives in a different time zone, so response is quite slow - which can be an issue if there's something you need immediately. When we checked in, the wifi information and bath towels weren't to be found. I messaged Marina at 16:20, then several times again after a few hours. Marina wasn't able to respond until about 23:00. I understand being in a different country but I do wish she had a local contact that could have resolved this much earlier in the day. If you want to cook, be prepared to purchase everything - even salt, pepper, oil. Also no hairdryer or laundry detergent. You have to purchase wood for the fireplace, which wasn't efficient and was smoky.

Quiet neighbourhood with many vacation homes and summerhouses. Very family friendly and close to the beach. It is also close to the harbour where there are fish boutiques, restaurants and cafes.
Most things are within walking distance, bike rentals are available by the harbour and free car parking is provided in front of the summerhouse. There are also electrical car charging ports nearby for those with an electric car. Majority of Stevns attractions can be reached by bus, bicycle or car.
