The house is great and Julius did a lot to make us feel right at home. Some snacks were laid out on the kitchen counter with a few juices and pop in the fridge. The master bedroom is on the main floor while the two smaller bedrooms were upstairs. All of the mattresses were very comfortable and we had plenty of linens for our group. We stayed at the house to watch the eclipse and it was an amazing experience for us. I'm so glad we spent the time and money to make it happen. There also seems to be two separate central air conditioners, one for the main floor and one for the top that kept the house pretty comfortable in the April heat. I would definitely stay at any of Julius's houses again if the opportunity ever arose. He is definitely a pro and knows what he's doing.
This home is newer, clean, comfortable, well appointed and host is responsive. Does have garage access for parking. Despite the ran down looking neighborhood we felt safe, neighbors were friendly but a little noisy on the weekends. Would recommend.
You can describe with only one word "Gorgeous". You will get what you see. Julius is very nice person, helpful, communication 100%. My friends and I loved this place. 100 % recommend 👌 👏 👍. Congratulations Julius for having an amazing place.
Everything was great the house was clean & smelling good. Everything we needed was there. I will definitely come back!
The house was perfect and looked exactly like the photos. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and simple, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond. We had a wonderful time!!

Located in the up and coming Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Dallas is a car orientated city so we highly recommend taking advantage of ride share apps like Uber or Lyft to get around! Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less. If you prefer driving yourself, we recommend getting a rental car to explore all the city has to offer.
