We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was AC didn’t work. Our concern was addressed and they switched our room. It was just down the hall, not a big deal. Just disappointed, since I had already unpacked. The text option for problems/concerns was very easy to use and promptly addressed the issue. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. The bar, Starbucks, as well as front desk staff and maintenance were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had ample parking. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the room had plenty of space. Lots of lighting and the ability to just use a lamp or 2 while everyone was relaxing or not awake yet. The bathroom was a bit small, however the water pressure and ability to have hot, hot water made up for the small space! It was nice and quiet throughout the night and in the morning. We would definitely stay at this location again.
Our first time booking a hotel through Airbnb. Great experience, everything as described. Would stay again!
