Graham’s place was GREAT! It was sunny, comfortable and larger than I expected. It was a work trip for me and the location was awesome. Close walk to work and it was surrounded by places to eat, drink and buy food for my stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

Graham is probably the most responsive and proactive host I’ve experienced with Airbnb! He provided detailed information before we even arrived so there were no questions about where to park and how to get in. Plus he gave us GREAT restaurant recommendations that ended up being delicious. The place is walkable to the National Mall, but there are also bus stops directly in front of the apartment and Union station was an easy walk. There was a sports bar called The Big Board underneath the airbnb that didn’t get too loud, but was amazing when we wanted some late night bites or a night cap, and was awesome to something have that close after a day of driving when we first got in. The owners there were also super nice and recognized us the 2nd time we came by. I loved the street we were on. The homes had super pretty architecture and there were so many shops, restaurants, and fitness studios nearby. We LOVED the outdoor patio on the roof. Grab a bottle of wine & enjoy the view like we did!

Graham’s place was A+! We began our stay by enjoying the local beer he had cooling in the refrigerator, while sitting on the rooftop deck. The photos were accurate and the place was lovely and very clean with many amenities. The stairs to the second floor were easy. Whole Foods and Eagle Grocery were within a block. It took us around 10-12 minutes to walk to the Capitol. Graham was extremely responsive before and during our stay. The particular corner can be noisy but I use a sound machine on my phone. Highly recommend Graham’s place.
