The studio inside was clean but decor could be updated. However, I was not really there for that, we wanted something close to beach with a view and the view is amazing! The best part is sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. The breeze was nice and at times peaceful. However, the building is older and needs lots of renovations. The parking is a little overwhelming, you have to make sure the parking pass is in the window or you will be towed. This is no fault to Scott he sent several messages making it clear the pass had to be in the rear window. I found myself checking more than once to be sure my jeep was still there. The front lobby has signs everywhere that everyone must check in and front desk or you could be asked to leave so that was very uncomfortable.The pool was nice and again the view of the beach was beautiful. Unfortunately, I do not think I would stay again because of the parking, issues with front desk that are not resolved, building issues and cleanliness

Host was very helpful and fast on any response. The studio is perfect on the 3rd floor right on the beach. Very clean and not cluttered. The amenities are perfect. Everything provided to make a great cup of coffee and set on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The shampoo, conditioner, soap and make up removal were an added bonus. There is a pool on the property that is very nice with a bar that serves food and beverages.

Scott’s room was beautifully redecorated. Kitchen had necessary, utensils, and the fridge and freezer like new. Similarly, the bathroom and shower beautifully updated. The ocean views, exceptional! Some minor drawbacks that stick in my
