We've stayed at Marianne's place several times, and have always been happy. The hosts are welcoming and flexible, and accommodated special requests for us more than once. The location is next to a large wooded park, perfect for quiet strolls. We walked through the lovely neighborhood to a shopping center with Starbucks, an excellent grocery store, and restaurants. The house is clean, nicely furnished, and the beds are comfortable. It's a perfect place to relax after spending a day exploring all that Portland has to offer. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Marianne’s place for more than two weeks as our place is still under restoration due to the storm in Jan. This is our first Airbnb experience and is definitely a pleasant one. Marianne’s place is super clean and organized. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook for the family. The beds are super comfy and the area is safe and very much walkable. It is located in the heart of mountain park in Lake Oswego. Easy access to highway and close to downtown Lake Oswego. Marianne and Clayton are always responsive to all our questions and requests. Marianne greeted us in person even if we arrived quite late at night. They made us feel home right away. It feels reassuring to have such cozy place in the neighborhood. A great choice for small families visiting the area or in urgent need.

Marianne is a charming host and the facilities are as described. None of the pictures were from the absolute best angle using special lighting to best present the facilities. Simply accurate. The neighborhood is beautiful but a good GPS is a must. With GPS, there was no problem. Lake Oswego is convenient to Portland and all the attractions of the Willamette Valley, and the Columbia Gorge or the Pacfic coast are both an easy day trip. I seriously doubt you'll be disappointed with this listing.
